Just a few hours ago I got together for an engagement session with a wonderful couple, Nicole and Craig and their little girl Pebbles. We were originally supposed to do the session on Sunday but unfortunately we got rained out. As sad as we all were to postpone, I’m so glad we waited though because the weather was perfect! We met at 6 pm. (well 6:30 as I managed to get myself lost in kitchener construction, only because i neglected to listen to Nicole’s directions! ugh!) I love this time of day because the sun is just low enough in the sky to create the most romantic images. These two, (three) are picture perfect and so wonderful to work with. Both were a little nervous at the beginning but made sure to they knew that it was ok to feel ridiculously and really the more ridiculous you feel the better your probably are doing (after all how often do you stand around together kissing in the forest and on street corners as someone takes photographs of you…maybe you do this often but I would guess not!)
Anyway, we first went to the natural area where Nicole and Craig first got engaged and then made our way to this really amazing old silo and finally downtown to an old warehouse. We took pictures until it was dark. If it had not been for the sun going down I’m pretty sure we could have been at it for hours to come!
Again I told them that I’d post 3 or 4 images…well you’ll see alot more than that! As much fun as you were to take photos with, you were just as much fun to edit..well your photos were so I got a little carried away! haha
Enjoy!
